Concert, theatre premiere, company celebration or milestone birthday: we capture what happens on the night and turn it into an event film people want to watch again. Discreetly in the background, with professional sound and lighting.
An event lasts a few hours; the video stays. As event videographers in Stuttgart and across Baden-Württemberg, we film live shows, concerts, theatre performances, company events, birthdays and parties. We work with Blackmagic cinema cameras as well as Canon and Sony bodies, gimbals for smooth movement and wireless lavalier microphones for speeches. On stage productions we handle difficult light, quick changes and sound that truly reflects the mood in the room. You and your guests enjoy the evening while we take care of the pictures.
Depending on the occasion, you receive different results: a compact highlight film that captures the atmosphere in a few minutes, a full-length theatre recording or concert film, uncut speeches to watch again, or short clips for social media. A filmed birthday becomes a personal memory; a company event gives you material for your website, LinkedIn and internal communication. Everything is edited and colour graded in DaVinci Resolve and delivered through your private Backstage area.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an event videographer cost?
It mainly depends on the length of the event, the number of cameras, the sound set-up and which edits you need. A short highlight film is priced differently from a complete recording. Tell us about your event and we will send you a free, individual quote.
Can I have a theatre performance filmed?
Usually yes, but please check with the theatre, the director and whoever holds the rights to the play and the music. Recordings for internal documentation, archives or application material are often possible. We discuss in advance how the video will be used.
Can you film my birthday party?
Yes. We film birthdays, anniversaries and private celebrations, from small gatherings to large parties. You decide whether we capture only key moments such as speeches and surprises or the whole evening. The result is a personal film to watch again and share with family and friends.
How many cameras do you need to film a concert?
That depends on the stage, the room and the result you want. For a compact highlight film, one mobile camera on a gimbal is often enough. For a full-length concert or theatre recording we use several camera positions, giving you wide shots, close-ups and details.
